🅿️Parking Information: Limited spa premises parking. Kindly use street parking to help us maintain smooth traffic flow for all guests.​

🌟Spa Entrance Instructions: Look for our "Welcome" sign and entrance designed for our esteemed guests. Follow the path to start your wellness journey.​

⏰Punctuality Matters: Arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment for a smooth check-in process.​

​Booking and Late Arrivals:

​A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment, deductible from your service total.

A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Beyond 30 minutes, appointments may need to be rescheduled based on availability, with a late fee applied. Lateness exceeding an hour is considered a no-show, with full advance payment required for future bookings.

Rebooking requires a 24-hour notice.
